Abstract

|
Tuberculosis of the tongue is a rare condition that is usually associated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Tuberculous lesions in the tongue do not show any characteristic clinical manifestations. So it can be differentiated only by histopathological
examinations from other chronic infective granulomatous or neoplastic lesions.
We have experienced a case of tuberculosis of the tongue combined with pulmonary and renal tuberculosis and report this multiorgan involved with review and compare it with previous reports.
